What is the AVR with the best dac to combine with an external amp? Read about the denon 3700x?ĭepends which model you compare. Are the dacs within the product lines different? So is the dac for eg the sr8012 better than the sr5012? Price diff is of course mega between the two.ģ.
Are the processing chips/dacs In AVR'S Similar in quality to separate preamps/processors?Ģ. But could not find a lot about the quality of the Dacs/processing partġ. I read a lot about power in avrs that is shared with processing, power beying divided over the channels and the amp part interfering with the processing etc. More power and drives the speakers much better. I bought the parasound second hand to check if it made a big difference and i can confidently say it did! Big time. Will upgrade to the fronts to MA 300 when I can. Speakers, monitor audio silver C250 (super happy with it! Lot better than the c150 and my old center of q acoustics which is just not enough), q acoustics 2050i fronts and surround. I am currently running a 5.1 with a marantz sr6008 using its preouts to amp the signal with a old but good parasound 5 channel amp.
